I pride myself on being up-to-date with what products should be used to best meet security and troubleshooting practices. I will work on Windows 9X/NT/2K XP/Vista/7/8/8.1/10 operating systems, I can also help with DOS systems - but who uses DOS... I almost never re-format unless it's the best choice for you. Backing up the information on your computer is not a problem for me to do; and unlike the big box stores, I consider it to be an expectation, unless I am told otherwise. I have the patience to sit down with you and teach you how to do what you want to do without taking control. I will slow down, and help document the steps for you while you practice. |
